Investment Option A

Sourcing residential properties for landlords by way of a buy-to-let mortgage or cash purchase.

With this option there is a one off finder's fee. The landlord is free to either manage the property or source a managing agent, which RPI would be happy to accommodate.

RPI will achieve a minimum of a 7% yield.

Investment Option B

We will source, manage and maintain residential properties for the client by way of a buy-to-let mortgage.

We will find a tenant and fully manage the property.

RPI will guarantee a minimum of 7% rental yield and also guarantee a minimum of 8% return on initial investment.

Investment Option C

Investment returns of between 8% and 10% dependent on length of investment.

Minimum investment of £25,000, secured against the property.

With this option RPI will pay guaranteed returns on investments depending on the length of the investment, normally between 3-5 years.

The income return will be generated through the purchase of residential or commercial properties.
